Pease Building Canopy

This is a replacement canopy for the historic Pease Building in Eltham, Taranaki, that was demolished by a truck cutting a corner.

The owner wanted a replacement canopy to look as near as possible like the original canopy, as far as budget would allow. To achieve this, we worked closely with the structural engineer and obtained original construction drawings for the buiding and photos from public archives, allowing us to match original with new. The project is currently at tender stage and we are looking forward to seeing a part of Eltham history come back to life.
